How do I create an account?
Click on "Get Started" or "Sign Up" in the navigation menu. You can register using your email address or sign in with your Google account. Account creation is instant and free.
Can I use Balochi AI without an account?
An account is required to use Balochi AI. This ensures your conversation history is saved and you have access to all personalization features.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Enter your email address and you'll receive a password reset link.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account from the Settings page. Please note that this action is permanent and will delete all your conversation history.
Features & Usage
What are specialized agents?
Specialized agents are AI personas with specific expertise in different areas such as poetry, history, culture, and more. Each agent has unique knowledge and personality traits to provide more focused and relevant responses.
How do I use a specialized agent?
Click on "Agents" in the sidebar to see all available agents. Select an agent to start a conversation with them. You can switch agents at any time.
What are custom instructions?
Custom instructions allow you to override the default AI behavior with your own instructions. This feature works with AI Model Settings (Zantkar/Karsaz) only, not with specialized agent personas.
What is the difference between Zantkar and Karsaz?
Zantkar (Pro) is our advanced model best suited for complex tasks and detailed responses. Karsaz (Flash) provides faster responses and is ideal for quick queries. You can switch between them in Settings.
Can I pin my favorite agents?
Yes! Click the pin icon next to any agent to pin it for quick access. Pinned agents appear at the top of your agents list.
How many conversations can I save?
There's no limit to the number of conversations you can save. All your chat history is automatically saved to your account.

Which AI model powers Balochi AI?
Balochi AI is powered by Google Gemini 2.5, specifically optimized and fine-tuned for the Balochi language and cultural context.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take data security seriously. All conversations are encrypted and stored securely. We never share your personal information or conversations with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Does Balochi AI work offline?
The mobile app includes offline caching for agents and some features, but an internet connection is required for AI conversations as they require real-time processing.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes! Balochi AI is available as a mobile app for both Android and iOS devices. Download it from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Why is the AI not responding?
Check your internet connection first. If the problem persists, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. Contact support if issues continue.

What information do you collect?

Can I export my conversation history?
This feature is coming soon. In the meantime, you can copy and paste individual conversations.
Do you use my conversations to train AI models?
We may use anonymized conversation data to improve our AI models and service quality. Personal information is always removed before any analysis. You can opt out in Settings.
How long do you keep my data?
Your conversation history is kept indefinitely while your account is active. If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
